Select the facility and request
The official process starts by checking available ice in ActiveNet. Choose the facility and time, enter the attendee count and proceed. Sign in or create an account, then select Reserve. That step sends a request to staff; it does not complete the rental by itself.
The booking page names Activa, Dom Cardillo, Don McLaren, Grand River, the Kinsmen/Kiwanis twin pad, Lions and Sportsworld. Queensmount is not on the ice list because it no longer has an ice surface. The full venue comparison is in the separate arena guide.

Approval and payment confirmation
When staff approve the rental, an email verifies the booking and gives a payment-page link. Enter the payment details and submit there. A further email confirms both the reservation and payment.
Keep both messages so the group can distinguish a submitted request from a paid confirmed rental. The public instruction page does not quote one universal ice rate or promise automatic approval. Use the offer and rental terms for the particular arena and activity.
