Booking, insurance and 2027 deadlines
Review the rental terms, behaviour policy and insurance requirements, then check availability or contact field bookings at 519-741-2447. An online request form is also available. Staff arrange payment after the booking.
For the 2027 outdoor season, special-event and tournament applications are due November 1, 2026, and other outdoor requests December 1, 2026. The 2026-27 indoor deadline was August 1, 2026 and has passed. Applying is not the same as receiving allocated field time.

Field categories, rates and unsafe conditions
A and B ratings are city-owned fields; S fields belong to the public or Catholic district school board. Rates reflect maintenance needs. The listed 2026 hourly prices include tax, ranging from $20.36 for B grass fields to $141.36 for artificial turf, with specific baseball and cricket categories below.
Never use a city-closed field. The city removes that booking from the contract and emails the revised cost. If a referee, umpire or coach finds a field unsafe before the city has formally closed it, do not play; contact the scheduler the next morning to remove the unused booking. Published seasonal dates are tentative and weather dependent.
