Problems, exceptions and help
What is the single-family bulky-item limit?
Three items per monthly collection. The regional rules list six for duplexes and ten for buildings with three to six units.
When should carts be out?
By 7 a.m., and no earlier than 5 p.m. the previous day, unless a special area has its own collection instructions.
Can a home renovation exceed ordinary limits?
No. The regional rules say waste limits still apply when moving or renovating. Arrange another route for excess material.
What if a medical condition creates extra garbage?
The region links a medical exemption application. Apply through that program rather than assuming extra bags are automatically allowed.
