Ventri Door Technologies provides accommodations to job applicants with disabilities throughout the hiring process. If a job applicant requires an accommodation during the application process or through the selection process, the hiring manager and the Manager of Human Resources will work with the applicant to meet the job applicant’s accommodation needs.
As part of our recruitment process, we use AI-enabled tools during the initial phone screening stage to help screen and assess applicants. This helps us focus on your relevant skills and experience, streamline scheduling, and move qualified candidates forward faster. Please note, a hiring manager always reviews the results of the phone screen and makes the final decision regarding the applicant’s candidacy.
