Responsibilities
Oversee monthly group consolidation and financial analysis, prepare consolidated statements and audit documentation, and ensure subsidiary reporting complies with U.S. GAAP. Maintain and enhance the HFM reporting system, improve accounting policies and controls, support SEC filings and regional accounting teams, and liaise with external auditors.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, plus a CPA credential such as U.S. CPA, Canada CPA, or ACCA membership. Candidates need 10+ years of progressive experience, including at least three years in consolidation or financial reporting, along with U.S. GAAP and consolidation knowledge, HFM proficiency, and strong communication and project management skills.
