Introduction:
Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Imaging Technician I to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.
Contract Period: 3 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $17.21 per hour
Location: Waterloo, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:- Open, prepare, and sort all mail slated for digital imaging and subsequent processing.
- Analyze content of documents to identify the business unit to which it belongs.
- Apply appropriate tracking methodology for specific mail streams and processes.
- Performing document scanning on high-speed scanners.
- Monitor workflow queues to troubleshoot imaging issues as necessary.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:- High school required.
- 1+ years of operating office equipment and ability to trouble shoot minor hardware and software issues experience required.
- This role requires lifting scanned boxes approximately 20-30 lbs.
- Tech savvy and quick learner who can pick up on internal systems.
- Proven knowledge of all BU doc types.
- Demonstrated PC skills.
